The Lakeville Farmers Market opens its 2026 season on the first Wednesday of June. Find locally grown produce, meats, baked goods, cut flowers, plants, and handmade artisan goods at the Lakeville Area Arts Center lot. Runs every Wednesday noon–5 PM through October 30. EBT, cash, and cards accepted. A Saturday market (9 AM–1 PM) starts mid-June through late September at the same location.

Lakeville’s beloved indie bookstore in downtown turns two! Niche Books is celebrating with a customer appreciation sale, giveaways, and other surprises all day long. The shop carries new and used books for all ages along with bookish gifts. Stop in anytime during the day to browse, celebrate, and support local. Saturday Story Time also runs 10:30–11:00 AM.

Lakeville’s free summer concert series kicks off on the shores of Lake Marion. Maryann and The Money Makers (swing) headline, with the Lakeville Area Community Band opening at 6:00 PM. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. The Casperson Park stage is fully accessible with lit pathways, two parking lots, and a playground nearby.
